摘要:在世界经济快速发展的背后是全球能源的快速消耗。能源是不可再生的,同时能源消耗带来了严重的环境污染问题,这已经引起全球范围内的广泛关注。风能作为一种高效无污染的新能源之一,已经越来越受到世界各地的青睐。就目前国内外情况看,由于电力电子技术的快速发展,给风力发电并网技术带来了革命,风力发电的逐步优化必将把风能推向新能源应用的巅峰。

   随着人们对电能的越发依赖,风力发电机组的功率等级也在逐渐提升。目前国际上风力发电机的功率等级已经达到兆瓦级。风电机组正在向大型化、变桨距和变速恒频发展。由于风力发电机发出的电不能直接满足并网要求,需要经过处理后才能并入电网。主要步骤包括整流、升压斩波、逆变和消除谐波等。其中逆变电路是并网系统的核心部分,也正是电力电子技术发展的结果。

   本文分析了逆变电路的各种分类,选择采用主流的电压型逆变电路。然后对比了两种逆变控制技术方法:相位控制方式和脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制方式。最后采用SIMULINK重点分析了它们的输出电压和电流波形及其谐波含量。

Abstract: Behind the rapid development of the world economy is the rapid global energy consumption.Energy has caused widespread concern worldwide because of its non-renewable and polluting.Wind energy as an efficient non-polluting energy source has become increasing favored by the world around.As seen at home and abroad,due to the rapid development of power electronic technology which is bringing revolution to the wind power and network technology,and gradually optimize the will of wind power generation to the peak of the new energy applications.

   With more and more dependent on electricity,wind turbine power level is gradually upgrading.The power level of international wind turbine has reached the megawatt-class.The wind turbine is developing to larger in shape,variable pitch and variable speed constant frequence.Before sended to the power grid,the electricity generated by wind turbine have to be modified because of its dis-meeting the requirement.Thess processing steps including rectifier,boost chopper,inverter and the elimination of harmonics,and the inverter circuit is the core part of the grid system,but also the result of the development of power electronics technology.

   This paper analyzes the various classifications of the inverter circuit,choose the mainstream of the voltage inverter circuit.Then compared the two inverter control technology and methods:the phase control method and pulse width modulation (PWM) control method.Finally,use the simulink to analyze the output voltage and current waveforms and their hormonic content.
