摘要:超载车辆对高速公路的路面带来了严重的损坏,并且造成了严重的道路交通隐患。为杜绝高速公路上的严重超载问题,本文设计了一款基于PLC的高速公路收费站称重收费系统。

   称重收费系统分为输入和输出两部分内容。其中信息采集按钮、道闸限位开关、轮轴识别器、模拟量采集模块、红外车辆分别器组成了输入部分。输出部分由状态指示灯、道闸接触器、PC机构成。

   设计中的称重部分采用天宇恒创的CYT-207型桥式50T的称重传感器,它具有抗偏载能力强的特性,其内部采用全桥检测电路,信号可以使用差动的方式输出。对于轮轴识别器,使用了7个HBB霍尔开关,通过检测开关的导通或关闭实现了轮胎和联轴个数的识别。其中轮轴识别器中传感器导通个数用于判断轮胎的个数。红外车辆分离器的作用是检测车辆是否完全通过称台,它是由一组红外发射与接受对管组成。本设计选用的是上海贝特威VS6600系列,该款红外车辆分离器能对各种车辆进行可靠分离。

   在此基础上,本文选用的是三菱公司的FX2N-64MT作为下位机,进行了PLC控制系统设计,设计了输入输出回路,完成了PLC称重系统电气原理图的设计同时完成了模拟量采集模块的设计,并且对称重系统做了防雷保护,以保证系统的安全。最后,利用组态王软件完成了上位机的设计,实现了对高速称重收费系统的实时在线监控,完成了整个系统的设计要求。

ABSTRACT:Overloaded vehicles has brought serious damage on the highway pavement and caused the serious traffic hidden trouble. In order to eliminate the serious problem of overloading on the highway, designed a weighing toll system of the highway toll station based on PLC.

  Weighing toll system is divided into two parts of the input and output. Parts of the input include information acquisition button, the Barrier Limit Switch, Axle Identification, analog data acquisition module, Infrared vehicle separator. Parts of the output include the state of light, barrier contactor and the PC.

  Parts of the weigh in design use the CYT-207 bridge 50T weighing Sensor of Hengchuang,it has strong the characteristics of anti deviated load,its internal full-bridge detection circuit, the output signal based on the differential. Axis wheel identification device include 8 Hall switches of the HBB, By the detection switch is turned on or off identification the number of the tires and wheel. By the guide circuit number of the Sensor identification the number of the wheel. By means of the weighbridge weighing units, determine the distance between the weighbridge and axle identification center axle number recognition. The role of infrared vehicle separation is to detect whether the vehicle is completely through said Taiwan, it is by a set of infrared emission is on the tube. This design selects Shanghai VS6600 series the paragraph infrared vehicle separator for reliable separation of the various types of vehicles.

  On this basis, this article design the control system based on PLC . Selection of the Mitsubishi FX2N-64MT, design input and output circuit, design the electrical schematic diagram about PLC weighing system, the completion of the analog data acquisition module, lightning protection and weighing system, in order to ensure the safety of the system . Finally, to system simulation based on Kingview 6.53, to achieve the requirements of this design, can management of the charges on the toll station vehicles.
