The book A Call from the Dark is written by Adam Deverell who is a male writer. In this book, the writer tells readers a story about Stacy who lives a difficult live with her single Dad. Stacy is in the shape of a small occasional temper, but she is a sensible little girl. When she is wrong, she will make an apology to her friends. The fact is that her father is always addicted to the sadness of losing her Mom. And her father is unable to take care of her well. But Stacy never gives up. She just does her best to look after her father and live a happy life.
