浅析XX省社会主义新农村建设.doc

摘要：新时期江苏省社会主义新农村建设的总要求是按照“生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”，扎实推进社会主义新农村建设。社会主义新农村的经济建设，是在全面发展农村生产的基础上，建立农民增收长效机制，改善农民生活条件和生活环境。社会主义新农村建设在农业发展、农村金融、农村教育和农村旅游四方面各有成败，而在新农村建设农村绿色环境方面有待改善。以农村金融和农业发展为主的对比，论证了新农村建设的绩效。通过推进社会主义新农村建设，可以加快农村经济发展，增加农民收入，均衡城乡经济发展，为江苏省和谐新农村建设打基础。

Abstract: In the new period of socialist new rural construction of Jiangsu province in accordance with general requirement s of is “production development, affluent life, local custom civilization, village neatly, management democracy”, the solid build a new socialist countryside. Socialism new countryside in the economic construction, comprehensive development of rural production is established on the basis of the peasants’ income long-effect mechanism ,improving farmers’ living conditions and living environment .socialist new rural construction in agricultural development,rural finance,rural culture and rural tourism has each from four aspects, and in construction or green environmental aspects of rural needs further improvement.Rural financial and agricultural issue has dominated contrast, demonstrates the performance of the construction of new countryside. Through the construction of a new socialist countryside, to accelerate the development of rural economy and increase famers’ income, balanced urban and rural economic development, harmonicons new rural construction of Jiangsu province carcinogens.

　　本篇文章是以发展江苏省社会主义新农村经济建设为目的的，从新农村金融机构改革，新农业转型，旅游经济和文化经济几个方面来展开文章。在江苏省社会主义新农村经济建设方面，通过研究江苏省地方性经济发展特点，结合苏中，苏南等地的经济计划和发展现状，就江苏省当地情况进行的经济研究。在研究中偏重金融机构和农业转型的阐述，发现在新农村建设时，造成的环境污染等问题严重。研究此课题，是为了更好建设江苏省新农村，解决农民的实际问题，提高农民生活水平和江苏省的经济发展。
