大学生职业生涯规划问题与研究.doc

摘要:随着每年大学毕业生的数量逐年增加和毕业就业竞争的愈演愈烈，这样大学生职业生涯规划的重要性就凸显了出来。本文主要通过问卷调查的方法对我校以及周边大学生的职业生涯规划现状及存在的问题进行统计分析。调查结果显示：目前我国大学生职业生涯规划的情况不是很乐观，存在着规划意识淡薄、目标模糊不清、主客观认知不到位、职业前的准备不充分、社会实践能力缺乏、对社会环境认识有限等问题。很多大学生对自己的职业有过规划，但没有做过详细地规划；大多数同学都还处于盲目的阶段，目标不是很明确；大多数同学都认为就业难、就业前景不清楚、自身能力欠缺等困难；在择业时都担心找不到自己中意的工作岗位；最后根据大学生职业生涯规划调查问卷统计出来的数据，加以整理分析提出了加强职业生涯规划意识、提高认知水平、提高综合能力和成功心理训练，提高践行绩效的等建议措施。

ABSTRACT:As the number of university graduates every year has increased year by year and employment in the increasingly fierce competition, the importance of occupation career planning of college students has become increasingly prominent. Statistical analysis was carried out in this paper by the method of questionnaire to my school and occupation career planning status and existing problems of the surrounding students. Survey results show that: the current situation of college student occupation career planning is not optimistic, there is a planning consciousness, fuzzy objective, subjective and objective cognitive deficiencies, lack of preparation, occupation ability is short of practice, social problems such as environmental awareness co.. Many college students for their own occupation had a plan, but not done detailed planning; most of the students are still in the stage of the blind, the target is not very clear; most of the students think that the difficult employment, employment prospects are not clear, its lack of capacity and other difficulties; fear not find their own position in the employment; finally, according to the university student occupation career planning questionnaire data, we evaluate the proposed to strengthen the occupation career planning consciousness, raising the level of awareness, improve the comprehensive ability and success of psychological training, proposed measures to improve practice performance etc..

　　　大学生职业生涯规划能够帮助大学生较为深刻地分析自我，调整选择就业态度，树立正确的就业观，很好地安排大学学习生活，确立自己的职业生涯发展计划，同时对学生步入社会和一生的职业生涯发展都具有重要作用。当然，职业生涯设计不是一成不变的，大学生在开始踏入职业生涯以后，仍然需不断地观察社会环境、经济环境和自己条件的变化，及时调整阶段性目标，调整前进的步伐，一步步接近并最终实现长远的目标，实现人生的价值。大学生职业生涯规划可以帮助他们更好的规划自己的职业人生，确定职业发展目标，科学的安排好在校期间及以后的生活时间，激发在校大学生的学习热情，改变思维的方式和工作的观念，引导大学生发挥个人潜能，增强个人实力，提升应对竞争的能力，为将来职业成功做好准备具有很重要的现实意义。
