摘要:21世纪以来,随着经济的飞速发展,社会变革也在有条不紊的继续着,这就要求国际之间的竞争由以前的硬实力竞争已经上升为国家之间人才的竞争。

   人力资源这一竞争因素已然提升为国际竞争力中最重要的资源,对于企业而言也有着异曲同工之用,人力资源对企业的前景发展有着决定性作用。

   现在,企业管理者的根本思路则是怎样去发现并留住优秀的人才为企业所用,在此基础上还能让他们死心塌地的沉浸在工作中的问题。要做到以上的条件,就必须得了解他们对入职前期望和入职后经验的要求。这是为本企业制定切实可行的人力资源政策最有效的方法,才能真正的做到任人唯贤,让员工和企业相互促进发展。心理契约正是从这一辩证思维来了解员工对企业的期望与意愿。

   本文主要分为四部分,第一部分前言,主要简要介绍本次论文的选题背景、研究目的和意义;第二部分介绍心理契约及其相关的各个属性;第三部分为重点,阐述心理契约的形成、违背以及干预;第四部分是总结,综合分析了本次研究中所遇到的问题并根据自身理解提出具有一定理论和实践意义的建议。

ABSTRACT:Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of economy, social change is everything in good order and well arranged continue, the international competition from hard power before the competition between countries has risen to the competition of talents.

   The competition of human resources is the most important factor is to enhance the international competitiveness of the resource, also have different approaches but equally satisfactory results with to the enterprise, plays a decisive role in human resources for enterprise development prospects.

   Now, the fundamental idea of enterprise managers is how to find and retain talents for enterprises to use, then can let them be hell-bent on immersed in the work of the problem. To achieve the above conditions, we must understand their requirements for entry to the expected and entry experience. This is a method for the enterprises to formulate feasible human resources policy is the most effective, can really do to appoint people on their merit, so that employees and enterprises to promote the mutual development. Psychological contract is to understand the expectations of employees and the willingness of enterprises from the dialectical thinking.

   This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction, mainly introduces research background, purpose and significance of this thesis; the second part introduces the psychological contract and each attribute related; third part is the focus, the formation, the psychological contract violation and intervention; the fourth part is a summary, a comprehensive analysis of the encountered this time problems in the research according to their own understanding and put forward certain theoretical and practical significance of the proposal.
