摘要:在现代企业制度中，财务管理模式渗透和贯穿于企业的一切经济管理活动之中。财务管理模式的选择和优化，对企业在竞争中发挥优势，改进企业各方面的不足之处至关重要。
本文主要研究目的是优化钰丰公司的财务管理模式。以国内外的研究成果和财务管理模式的相关理论为依据，根据钰丰公司的实际情况，运用文献分析法，综合归纳与重点分析法等分析方法，分析了大量材料。阐述了公司的基本情况，分析了公司财务管理模式的优缺点，提出了公司财务管理模式中存在的问题：权力过于集中；资金管理模式比较传统；公司财务管理观念落后，缺乏科学性；预算管理与企业经营活动脱节。并提出了解决问题的方法，如优化资金管理模式；树立适应公司发展的财务管理观念；进行全面预算等。
研究钰丰公司财务管理模式，对公司的持续快速发展有一定的积极意义和指导作用，完善了企业的财务管理模式，补充了其中的不足之处，并提出了适合钰丰公司发展的务管理模式。同时，希望对同类型公司的财务管理模式起到借鉴作用。
