摘要:本文通过金针菇富锗培养,加锗量为600μg/mL,得到菌丝体后,分别用水、75%乙醇、70%乙酸乙酯三种溶剂在不同条件下进行提取,对提取物进行了体外抗氧化能力研究。研究了富锗金针菇菌丝不同溶剂提取物对氧自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,通过比较发现富锗金针菇不同溶剂提取物抗氧化能力比不富锗的金针菇不同溶剂提取物的能力高,同时水提取物对氧自由基的清除能力最高,达到88%;75%乙醇提取物对羟自由基的抑制能力最高,达到800.3U/g菌丝体;水提取物对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力最高,达到195.9U/g菌丝体。

Abstract:In this paper ,the Flammulina velutipes is cultured by means of enriching germanium and the quantity of the  germanium is 600 μ g/mL. After getting the mycelium,we use  three kinds of solvent to extract the mycelium in different conditions,such as water, 75% ethanol  and 70% ethyl and we studyed the antioxidant capacity of the extractions.The paper reserched the scavenging capacity of different solvent extracts of ge-rich golden mushroom mycelia about  oxygen free radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical, and after comparing we found  the capacity  of the germanium-enriched extractions is better than those who was not added the germanium. At the same time, the scavenging capacity of water extract is the best on oxygen free radical and reach to 88%. The restraining capacity of of 75% ethanol is the best on hydroxyl radical, which can reach to 800.3U/g .The scavenging capacity of water extract is the best on superoxide anion free radical and the enzyme which can reach to 195.9U/g.
