我国家电行业应对金融危机策略分析.doc

摘要：自2008年美国次贷危机引发“华尔街金融风暴”后，时至今日已全面演变成一场波及全球范围的“金融危机”。全球家电企业在金融危机中受到人员流失，大量工厂关闭等影响，本文以我国家电行业在金融危机中受到的影响为例，并提出解决方案和策略分析。通过了解我国家电行业的现行状态，分析我国家电在金融危机中的“危”与“机”，并对我国家电未来发展提出新的设想和展望。

　　我国家电作为家电行业出口产量最多的国家，在经济危机中受到了严重的冲击，特别是海尔公司和美的公司受影响较为严重，从2008至今，在生产和销售方便都出现了不同程度的下滑，为此我国家电行业纷纷寻求新的契机和发展方向，在这方便，海尔公司重修调整了公司结构并收购的三洋公司，用来帮助自身更好的度过这段金融危机。而双菱集团加强了公司新型技术的研发。目前，金融危机已经触底，全球经济正在驶入恢复的轨道。为了更好的促进我国家电行业未来的发展，我国家电行业要深刻反思自己在金融危机处理中的各项对策和策略，既要看到有关积极效用，同时还要看到一些应对措施的不利影响，针对我国家电行业未来发展目标和定位，予以针对性的改善，从而促进行业更好的持续发展和创新。
