道德与个体竞争力_思想政治教育.doc

摘要：在当前市场经济条件下，重视对个体竞争力的研究是非常有必要的。首先道德作为个体竞争力的一个重要的因素，是个体竞争力的价值和逻辑起点，其次个体竞争力本身就是一个社会的道德性的概念，个人能力作用和实现过程离不开道德。道德是任何个人发展的基本条件和主要标志。在社会生产中我们既要重视物质生产力是提高，更要重视精神生产力的作用，脱离了精神因素，物质生产就会变成一种不完整的生产力，而促进这种精神生产力的发展就不得不依靠科学的道德，因此我们要进一步加强全社会人民的道德建设，进而提高其个体竞争力，最终达到促进每一个人的全面发展的目的。

Abstract：In the current market economy condition, the emphasis on personal competitiveness is necessary to study. First of all morality as personal competitiveness of an important factors, is a person competitive value and the logical starting point, second personal competitiveness itself is a social morality, the concept of personal power function and realization process without morality. Morality is the basic condition of any personal development and the main sign. In the social production we should value material productive forces is improved, more attention should be paid to the function, productive forces of the spirit out of spirit factors, the material production will become an incomplete productivity, and promote the spirit of productivity development will have to rely on scientific ethics, so we must further strengthen the whole society people's moral construction, so as to improve its individual competitiveness, achieve finally promote each man's all-round development purposes.

个体竞争力的概念理应进入教育家和社会学家的视野，理应成为公民个人成长中的明晰的自我意识。推而广之，从一个更大更远的视角来考察，无论是国家社会，还是企业团队，其竞争力的基本要素都是一个个具体的人。引入并研究个体竞争力，对公民个体在社会关系中培育明确的自我意识，使其进一步明确个体存在的价值、个体发展的方向和路径，对于正处在转型时期的中国社会，都具有重要的教育学和社会学的意义。因此笔者尝试从个体道德的角度分析下道德与个体竞争力之间的关系。
