大学生就业政策的分析与建议.doc

摘要：本文通过解释“大学生就业政策”的含义以及我国“大学生就业政策”所包含的内容，说明了我国“大学生就业政策”所存在的不足，包括：缺乏统一的政策规划及强硬的立法保障；政策的可操作性不足，执行力不强；政策不切合大学生的就业心理，造成效果的不明显等。最后提出了完善我国大学生就业政策的建议，例如：制定并修改关于大学生就业的相关法律；提高政策的可操作性和激励性；政策应符合大学生的就业心理。

Abstract: This paper explains the meaning of" employment policy for college students" and China's" employment policy for college students" contains content, explained our country" employment policy for college students" defects, including: the lack of a unified policy planning and strong legislation protection; policy maneuverability is insufficient, executive force is not strong; policy meet the students employment psychological, causing the effect is not obvious. Finally puts forward improvement of China's employment policy recommendations, for example: formulation and modification of college students employment laws; improve policies operability and incentive; policy should be consistent with the psychology of Undergraduates in employment.

　　通过全面掌握、了解大学生的就业心理，以此为依据制定出促进大学生就业的相关政策、规定，才能使效果更加显著。此外，还要不断分析大学生的不良就业心理，了解这些心理所产生的环境，并思考解决其问题的方法，从而促进大学生就业。

　　当代大学生经过多年的学习，无论在理论知识方面还是个人素质方法都比前辈的人要优秀，社会应该为大学生就业做出贡献。国家应针对大学生就业制定一系列的政策法规，利用强制手法促进大学生的就业，逐渐使公司对大学生的印象有所改观。大学生的充分就业对国家经济发展、人才建设、个人素质方面都有帮助。
