摘要:目前,知识经济成为时代发展的主流,科学技术成为第一生产力。人才作为科学技术知识的载体,已成为21世纪经济发展的战略性资源。在企业竞争日趋全球化的形势下,拥有高素质的人才资源,并充分发挥人才资源的作用,对企业发展至关重要,有助于企业把握经济发展的主动权,在竞争中占据优势。

   然而,目前我国高科技企业人才流失现象非常普遍,成为制约其生存和发展的主要问题之一。高科技企业人力资源流失为企业造成的管理代价非常巨大,往往造成企业核心竞争力的下降甚至直接影响到企业长期生存与持续发展,尤其是核心员工的流失有可能对企业造成致命打击。因此企业应善于把握自己公司的特点,发现本企业人才流失的原因,建立有效的人才留用机制,避免人才过多流失。

   现今关于企业人才流失问题的研究很多,但高科技企业人才流失问题又有其独特性,而且现代科技发展日新月异,人才管理理论也随之发生巨大变化。本研究课题以无锡市“530企业”为例,从微观角度分析高科技企业人才流失的原因及其影响,并提出解决高科技企业人才流失几大对策。

ABSTRACT:At present, knowledge economy has become the mainstream of social development; science and technology has become the first productivity. As the carrier of scientific and technological knowledge, talent has become the strategic resources of economic development in the 21st century. As human resources become more globally available, holding highly qualified human resources and giving full play to the role of human resources is very important to the development of an enterprise, helping the enterprise to grasp the initiative in the economic development ,and gaining advantage in the global competition.

   However, at present, China's high-tech enterprises brain drain phenomenon is very common, and has become one of the major problems restricting their survival and development. The loss of human resources in high-tech enterprise often cause the loss of the core competitiveness of enterprises and even directly affect the enterprise long-term survival and sustained development, especially the loss of core employees is likely to cause fatal blow to the enterprise. So according to the characteristics of their own company, they should be able to found the reasons of enterprise brain drain and set up the mechanism of talent retention, eventually gain lower rate of brain drain.

   There are a lot of research on enterprise brain drain problem today, but high-tech enterprise  brain drain problem has its uniqueness, and with the modern rapid development in science and technology, high-tech enterprise talent management theory has changed dramatically. This research topic is to use 530 high-tech enterprises in Wuxi city as examples, and try to analyze the reasons and the influences of brain drain of high-tech enterprise, and put forward several major countermeasures of brain drain of the high-tech enterprise.
