摘要:近些年来,物流业作为一个新兴产业部门得到长足发展,而传统的供应链管理仅仅是一个横向的集成,通过通讯介质将预先指定的供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商和客户依次联系起来。这种供应链侧重于内部联系,灵活性差,仅限于点到点的集成。而且供应链成本高、效率低,供应链的一个环节断了,将造成整个供应链运行瘫痪。上海贝尔公司也同样面临着这些问题,其内部的业务流程和信息传递方式无法对市场需求的变化作出快速响应,常造成库存积压,增加成本;除此之外,由于不能及时供货而降低客户的满意度,物流从上游供应商到下游、最终到客户的速度缓慢且效率低下。电子商务的兴起是一场由技术手段飞速发展而引发的商品运作模式的革命,它改变了传统经济活动的生存基础、运作方式和管理机制,因而对供应链发展产生了深远的影响。本文在分析上海贝尔有限公司电子商务供应链管理存在的问题的基础上,提出进一步的电子商务供应链战略。

Abstract:Abstract In recent years, the logistics industry as an emerging industrial sector has made rapid progress, while the traditional supply chain management is just a horizontal integration, through the communication media will be pre-specified suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and customers in turn linked. This supply chain focused on internal links, the flexibility is poor, only point to point integration. And high supply chain costs, low efficiency, supply chain, a link is broken, it will cause paralysis of the entire supply chain operation.Shanghai Bell is also faced with these problems, its internal business processes and information transfer mode can not respond quickly to changes in market demand , often resulting in the backlog of inventory , increase costs ; In addition, because it is not timely supply and reduce customer . Emergence of electronic commerce is a means of rapid development of technology-triggered mode of operation of the revolutionary product, it has changed the basis for the survival of traditional economic activities, modes of operation and management mechanism, and thus the development of the supply chain had a profound impact. In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the problems of Shanghai Bell Co. , Ltd. e - commerce supply chain management , a further e - commerce supply chain strategy .

  上海贝尔的电子商务供应链管理实践表明,该战略的实施不仅可以提高供应链运营的效率,提高顾客的满意度,而且可以使供应链管理的组织模式和管理方法得以创新,并赋予供应链更高的柔性。通过电子商务的应用,能有效地将供应链上各个业务环节孤岛连接起来,使业务和信息实现集成和共享,同时,电子商务的应用改变了供应链的稳定性和影响范围,也改变了传统的供应链上信息逐级传递的方式,为创建更为动态、广泛的供应网关系提供货了基础,使许多企业能以较低的成本加入到供应链联盟中,获得更大的收益。
