大学生创业动机与能力研究.doc

摘要:创业能力被联合国教科文组织列为继学术性、职业技能之后，大学生应具备的第三种能力，因此激发培养大学生创业动机是创业教育的重要环节。

     在当今时代，激发我国高校大学生创业动机、培养创业能力，有着深远的现实意义。这不仅是减轻我国毕业生就业压力的一个战略举措，更是振兴我国各行各业的需要，是中华民族伟大复兴的需要，是我国参与全球经济竞争与合作的需要，是地方高校真正体现办学个性特色的需要，更是大学生健康快乐成长、高扬生命价值和意义的发展需要。

　　　但是目前我国创业教育还处在可有可无或刚刚起步的摸索阶段，对大学生创业教育尤其是大学生创业能力方面的理论研究和教育实践还相当薄弱。论文以重庆综合性本科高校---重庆科技学院为例，通过调查问卷，对900多名不同年级的大学生创业意识和创业能力现状进行了调查，同时通过访谈、座谈会等方式，对重庆科技学院及周边高校创业教育现状进行调查，统计，分析，得出调查结论，并对提升大学生创业动机和培养创业能力的给出了几点建议。

ABSTRACT:Entrepreneurship has be seen as a skill after academic, vocational, college students should have the third passport of ability by UNESCO, generate entrepreneurial motivation is an important link of venture education.

     In today's era,generate college students' entrepreneurial motivation and cultivating entrepreneurial ability, has the profound practical significance. This is not only a strategic move to reduce  graduates employment pressure in China, it is also necessary for the revitalization of our country from all walks of life, a need of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,a need of our country to participate in global economic competition and cooperation, it is the place truly reflect the needs of the personality characteristics of running colleges and universities, especially a development need of a joyful health of growth, a reflect of young students' life value and life significance .

   However the entrepreneurship education of our country is in not indispensable or just start stage, the entrepreneurship education for college students, especially for college students' entrepreneurial ability in aspects of theory research and education practice are fairly weak. Based on local university - chongqing science and technology college as an example, through the self-made questionnaire,  nearly more than 900 different grade of university student's join us .the investigation is based on consciousness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability present situation to analysis, at the same time through interview, symposium, etc, in and around chongqing science and technology college entrepreneurship education present situation investigation, statistics, analysis, research conclusion, and to strengthen college students' entrepreneurial motivation and cultivating entrepreneurial ability .
