校企合作模式在高校秘书专业人才培养中的运用.doc

摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展，社会对文秘人才的要求越来越高。目前高校文秘专业培养多侧重理论教育而轻视实践教学，影响了文秘人才素质的全面发展。走校企合作教育之路，在人才培养过程中将理论与实践相结合，对高校文秘专业的发展和复合型文秘人才的培养具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy, social secretarial talents. At present, the universities secretary professional development mostly put emphasis on theoretical education but neglected the practice of teaching, affecting the quality of the overall development of the secretarial personnel. Walk the road of education of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training in theory and practice, of great significance to the university secretarial professional development and complex secretarial talents training.

　　　校企合作模式是一种适应社会发展和社会需求的教育模式。在文秘专业开展校企合作，能够使学校更加清晰的认识企业对职业人才的具体要求，并掌握相关岗位所需的技能、知识素质等相关要求，校企合作越深入越广泛，学生从企业获得的人才需求信息越准确，学生能够在此基础上进行自我知识结构的调整、明确自我职业生涯发展需要，从而在大学中有针对性的学习。
