摘要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,餐饮业已经成为我国经济发展的重要组成部分,但发展缓慢的仓储制度严重滞后了餐饮业的发展.所以制定高效率,成本低,操作性强的仓储管理方案迫在眉睫。本文主要分析了川家自助火锅店目前的仓储现状,从库存布局、库存量控制、设备利用率、员工素质等方面进行研究,联系先进的仓储管理相关技术和方法进行问题诊断和改善方法的提出,制定更实用、更经济的仓储管理制度,以期帮助川家自助火锅店优化仓储制度、提高利润、增强其综合实力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's macro economy, the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the catering industry has become an important component of China's economic development, but the slow development of storage system lags behind the development of the catering industry. So to develop high efficiency, low cost, strong operability of the storage management solution is imminent. This article mainly analyzes chuanjia self-service hotpot restaurant now warehouse the status quo, from the stock layout, inventory control, equipment utilization, staff quality, advanced warehouse management related technologies and methods for problem diagnosis and improvement method is put forward, to develop more practical and more economic warehouse management system, in order to help chuanjia hotpot restaurant buffet to optimize storage system, to increase profits,enhance its comprehensive strength.
