摘要：随着全球城市化、工业化的快速发展，工业用地的需求迅速增长和城市建设用地规模的不断扩大，土地资源以及其他能源的稀缺，成为影响经济发展的瓶颈。工业用地占城市建设用地的大部分，在粗放的土地利用方式上，工业用地的浪费现象日益严重，转变粗放的土地利用方式，加强土地资源的集约利用，是解决土地供求的矛盾的重要途径。
通过本课题的研究，借鉴国内外关于工业用地集约利用的研究成果，在深入理解土地集约利用的内涵的基础上，总结国内外已成功推行的工业用地集约利用模式，并结合新加坡裕廊工业园区、苏州工业园区以及张家港保税港区的三个案例，进一步阐述集约利用模式的应用方法和前景，探索工业用地集约利用的思路及其实现途径，为工业用地的可持续发展提供借鉴意义。

Abstract: With the rapid development of global urbanization and industrialization, the demand of industrial land and the scale of urban construction land are continuous growing enlargement. The lack of energy sources and resources,especially land resources, become the bottleneck of economic development now.The industrial land, a large part of urban construction land, has made a lot of the waste with extensive use pattern, and the phenomenons are becoming more and more serious. To solve the contradiction of supply and demand, it's a key to strengthen the intensive utilization of land resource.
The research results have good use for reference of industrial land intensive use from home and abroad. Through this topic, in the base of depth knowledge to the connotation of intensive land utilization, we summarize the successful intensive land use patterns, which have been applied in domestic and overseas. Combining with the three cases of the Jurong Industrial Park in Singapore, the Suzhou Industrial Park and the Zhangjiagang Bonded Port, we try to explore the ideas and methods of industrial land intensive use, and provide references to the sustainable development of industrial land.
