摘要：AJ物流公司承担着本公司商品车的运输业务，负责为客户提供点对点的运输服务。但在物流运作中的成本偏高。如何在汽车物流运输的过程中充分考虑线路的相关状况，客户的分布情况、车辆的载重限制等因素寻求最佳的运输方式及线路优化方案，成为企业物流决策的重要内容。本文以AJ物流公司的实际情况从运输方式及运输线路进行研究。
本文主要是为了实现AJ物流的运输方式与线路的优化，运用层次分析法和节约里程法AJ物流进行分析，实现对运输方式的优化选择，在综合考虑其运输成本、具体的运力情况对运输线路进行分析，最终寻找一种最佳的运输方式与线路优化方案。

ABSTRACT:AJ logistics companies bear the goods vehicle transport business, the company responsible for providing customers with point to point transport service. But in the logistics operation cost is high. How to give full consideration to in the process of automobile logistics transportation routes related condition, the distribution of customers, the load limit of the vehicles to seek the best transportation mode and route optimization scheme, become the important content of enterprise logistics decision. Based on AJ logistics company the actual situation of study from the mode of transportation and shipping lines.
This article is mainly in order to achieve the AJ logistics transportation mode and route optimization, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and save mileage method AJ logistics analysis, realize the optimization of transport mode choice, in considering the transportation cost, specific capacity situation of transportation line were analyzed, and finally find a best mode of transport and route optimization scheme.
