摘要:改革开放以来,中小企业得到迅速的发展,其已经成为推进我国缓解就业压力、促进市场经济繁荣和社会稳定的重要力量。但在席卷全球的金融风暴中,中小企业首当其冲受到严重的影响:企业融资难、资金漏洞等矛盾更加突出,企业转型升级势在必行。

    企业要把宏观调控作为推动结构转型发展的机遇,加快产业结构的调整与升级。从企业自身来讲,为实现中小企业转型升级的可持续发展,必须加大企业人力资源的开发力度、加强企业员工培训、提高员工的自身能力和创新意识,从而帮助企业度过经济危机。本文首先提出企业转型升级的基本措施,引出本文研究的主题:转型升级下企业员工的培训问题。接下来分析国内中小企业员工培训存在的不足之处,这是企业转型升级以后急需解决的问题,也是文章研究的重点。

    本题将在研究中小企业实际培训的基础上,结合案例,系统完整的归纳出当前中小企业培训存在的问题与不足,并运用柯克帕特里模型、培训效益定量法提出解决的基本策略和创新思路。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening-up of China, small and medium enterprises have gotten rapid development. They are important forces to alleviate the employment pressure, promote market prosperity and social stability. But under the global financial crisis, small and medium-sized enterprises have suffered a lot: serious financing problems and lack of money.So it becomes more and more important for SME to transform and upgrade.

    The enterprise should regard macroscopical adjusting control as a chance to promote the structural transformation and accelerate the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure. To achieve sustainable development of the transformation and upgrading for SME, the enterprise itself must increase development of the enterprise human resources, enhance corporate staff training and improve staff’s ability and innovative consciousness. So they can survive from the economic crisis. This paper puts forward the basic measures of transformation and upgrading of enterprises and then led the research subject of this paper: the transformation and upgrading of enterprises staff training. The paper then analyzes domestic small and medium enterprises employee training deficiencies, which are urgent problems for transformation and upgrading of enterprises and also the key points of the article.

    On the basis of practical training the research on small and medium enterprises combining with cases, summarized the grooms problems and inadequacy in small and medium-sized enterprises, and applied the Kirk Patricia model and training benefits quantitative method to propose the basic strategy and innovation train of thought in order to solve these problems.
